Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Enterprise Sales Manager with strong expertise in enterprise sales, consultative selling, and new business acquisition. This role is focused on adding new client logos, driving strategic conversations with enterprise stakeholders, and selling high-value marketing, conference, and event solutions.

The ideal candidate should come from a corporate event, conferences, B2B media, marketing solutions, or enterprise services background with proven experience in high-ticket-size sales. This is not a lead generation or inside sales role- the focus is on consultative solution selling, client acquisition, relationship building, and revenue growth.

You will play a key role in expanding the organization's enterprise client base by identifying opportunities, understanding business challenges, and positioning tailored solutions that deliver value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and acquire new enterprise client accounts across IT, SaaS, BFSI, and other key sectors
  • Identify and engage senior decision-makers including CMOs, marketing heads, demand generation leaders, and business stakeholders
  • Lead consultative sales discussions to understand client objectives and propose customized marketing, conference, and event solutions
  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity creation to pitching, negotiation, and closure
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value enterprise opportunities
  • Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Present EMPOR's offerings confidently through meetings, presentations, and solution discussions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals aligned with client requirements
  • Consistently achieve revenue and client acquisition targets
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry movements, and competitive positioning

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or consultative B2B sales
  • Strong experience in new client acquisition and high-ticket-size sales
  • Background in corporate events, conferences, B2B media, marketing solutions, sponsorship sales, or enterprise services
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling approach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing enterprise sales pipelines and revenue targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
