We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager with strong experience in Cloud, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise Technology Sales.
This role is focused on driving enterprise revenue growth by building strategic client relationships, managing partner ecosystems, and closing high-value opportunities across international markets.
The ideal candidate understands consultative B2B selling, enterprise buying cycles, cloud transformation journeys, and how to leverage channel and alliance partnerships to accelerate business growth.
We are looking for someone who can operate at the intersection of enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and solution-led growth.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive enterprise sales for Cloud and Digital Transformation solutions across international markets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities across target industries
- Own the complete sales cycle — prospecting, solution positioning, proposal management, negotiations, and closure
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Drive strategic account growth and maximize customer lifetime value
Partner & Alliance Management
- Develop and strengthen relationships with channel partners, resellers, system integrators, and strategic alliances
- Identify and onboard new partners across international geographies
- Drive partner-led pipeline creation and revenue growth
- Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market initiatives, customer engagements, and demand generation programs
- Enable partners with sales tools, solution positioning, and market insights
- Conduct partner reviews, business planning sessions, and growth discussions
Strategic Account Management
- Engage CXOs, business leaders, and technology decision-makers across enterprise accounts
- Develop account growth strategies focused on cloud adoption, modernization, and digital transformation
- Build long-term trusted relationships with enterprise customers and partners
- Drive consultative conversations aligned to customer business outcomes
Go-to-Market & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to drive market expansion and customer acquisition
- Support webinars, roadshows, industry events, and executive engagement initiatives
- Gather market intelligence, customer insights, and partner feedback to refine offerings and GTM strategy
- Collaborate with solution teams to position Cloud, SaaS, AI, Data, and Managed Services solutions effectively
Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, partner performance reports, and opportunity tracking
- Drive predictable revenue forecasting and business visibility
- Ensure adherence to CRM processes and sales governance standards
Required Skills & Experience
8–12 years of experience in Enterprise Sales / Cloud Sales / Partner Sales / Technology Consulting Sales
Strong experience in selling Cloud Services and partner engagement
Proven track record of driving enterprise and partner-led revenue growth
Experience managing channel partners, alliances, or strategic ecosystem relationships
Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities
Experience engaging enterprise stakeholders and CXO-level decision-makers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international markets and global enterprise sales
- Exposure to AI-led solutions, Cloud platforms, or Data Transformation services
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Experience in working with large enterprise cloud solutions clients
