Role Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership, target-driven Enterprise Sales Manager who can hunt and close large accounts. This is a pure new business role, focused on acquiring enterprises and well-known brands.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Hunting & Acquisition

  1. Identify, target, and close enterprise and large SMB accounts
  2. Build pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, and references
  3. Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure

In-Person Sales Execution

  1. Conduct face-to-face meetings and demos across Mumbai & Pune
  2. Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders

Revenue Ownership

  1. Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets
  2. Own complete sales funnel: lead → demo → negotiation → closure

Consultative Selling

  1. Understand complex business workflows and position telecrm effectively
  2. Work with internal teams (pre-sales / implementation) for solutioning

Requirements (Must Have)

✔ 4–8 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales (SaaS preferred)

✔ Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets

✔ Strong experience in hunting new accounts (not just farming)

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

✔ Comfortable with frequent travel and in-person meetings

✔ Ability to sell to CXOs and senior stakeholders

Good to Have

Experience selling SaaS products similar to

  • WebEngage
  • MoEngage
  • LeadSquared
  • Pipedrive
  • Zoho CRM
  • Existing network in EdTech / Real Estate / BFSI sectors
  • Experience selling CRM, CPaaS, or automation platforms
