Job Description

This role will be responsible for sales and business development expanding our enterprise clientele across

India. The person will be the face of the company for large & medium size enterprises and partners in the

market. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through sales and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Familiarize yourself with STPL services and products.

Establish and develop a strategy for creating demand within your named and your known accounts.

Identify, research and formalize a comprehensive sales strategy using all the available resources

Setup meeting with prospects to discuss & determine the best solutions for their specific needs.

Target Enterprise & Corporate accounts (majorly Banks, Insurance, Non-banking, BPO segments).

Close new business and build a new stream of revenue generating accounts, by qualifying

opportunities, presenting & securing Demo meetings with key decision makers in enterprises

Regular Cold Calling and emailing activity for prospecting and funnel building.

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. and support in escalated collection cases.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Working on Contracts, Service agreement, product presentation, pricing.

Achieving assigned revenue and sales target.

Technical and professional requirement

Industry experience in Cloud Telephony, Contact center software, wireline telecom services and CRM

Target (Sales and revenue number) Focused.

Strategic understanding of Corporate Sales and telecom, contact center business domains

Networking & Relationship building with good people skills.

Ability to be an effective team player

Proficiency in English , Communication skills, Time management and planning skills.

Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software like Zoho, Salesforce

Proficiency in English, Communication and negotiation skills

Time management and planning skills

Self-motivated and self-driven quality

Qualifications & Experience

Experience (2-6 years) in a similar role.

Graduation is mandatory, PG Diploma or an MBA in marketing is preferred.

Experience in Telecom, IT, SaaS or service industry desirable.

Information Security and Privacy information knowledge is preferred.

Demonstrated work ethic, time management, and leadership abilities.
