Role OverviewWe're hiring an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager who excels in consultative selling, strategic account hunting, and CFO-level engagement. This is a quota-carrying role where you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new enterprise accounts through a deep understanding of finance transformation needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end sales for net-new enterprise accounts across industries.
Conduct discovery sessions to map a prospect's AS-IS financial workflows, challenges, and transformation readiness.
Build tailored solution narratives aligned with Finkraft's capabilities in GST compliance, invoice automation, and ITC optimization.
Craft custom pricing and deal structures aligned to enterprise needs (volume-based, milestone, or outcome-driven models).
Lead commercial discussions with CFOs, finance controllers, and procurement teams.
Own the negotiation of long-term SaaS contracts and pilot-to-scale transitions.
Identify high-potential logos and white spaces within key verticals.
Leverage Finkraft's partnerships with SAP Concur, BCD, GBT, and other ecosystem players to build pipeline and credibility.
Position Finkraft as a differentiated value partner by articulating unique business and compliance outcomes.
Own sales targets and pipeline velocity across your region or vertical.
Use Zoho CRM and sales automation tools to track lead progression, conversion cycles, and performance KPIs.
Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to build winning strategies and feedback loops.
2-4 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 2+ years in finance-tech, ERP, GST, or compliance automation domains is a plus.
Proven track record of hunting and closing large transformation deals (50L+ ACV).
Strong financial acumen and ability to engage credibly with CFOs, AP/AR heads, and tax teams.
Experience with partnerships (SAP Concur, BCD, etc.) is a strong advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication, commercial negotiation, and storytelling skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led startup environment with high ownership and autonomy.
Work on high-impact enterprise products used by CFOs and finance teams
