Hiring: Enterprise Sales Manager – Real Estate (PropTech / CRM)

We're building Acrobuild by BharatNest — a complete operating system for real estate developers covering CRM, inventory, sales, and customer lifecycle.
We are looking for someone who understands real estate from the inside and can sell to decision-makers — not just follow a script.
What we need
- Mandatory: Real estate experience (developer / channel / CRM side)
- Hands-on exposure to CRM/ERP platforms (LeadSquared, Salesforce, Sell.do, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong understanding of:
- Developer sales cycles
- Channel partner ecosystem
- Site visit → booking journey
- Ability to engage with:
- Sales Heads
- Directors / Promoters
- Business decision-makers
Role
- Own end-to-end B2B sales (demo → negotiation → closure)
- Position Acrobuild as a core business system, not just software
- Identify gaps in current sales processes and pitch solutions
- Build long-term relationships with developers
