Role Purpose:
The Enterprise Sales Manager at Practo will be responsible for driving B2B sales, managing key accounts, and establishing long-term relationships with enterprise clients to help the company achieve its revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
.Identify opportunities and develop strategic sales plans to pursue and close new business.
.Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise clients.
.Achieve or exceed sales targets consistently.
.Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute pre-agreed strategies for market penetration.
.Provide feedback to the product team about the needs and behavior of customers.
.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
.Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in healthcare or technology.
.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
.Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in the healthcare industry.
.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Work Environment/Location:
This role is based in Mumbai and Pune. It is not remote and requires regular office attendance. Occasional travel may be needed to meet with clients or attend industry events.
