About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, aggressive hunter to drive enterprise merchant acquisition. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment, owns revenue targets, and can crack large deals.

What You'll Do

  • Own enterprise merchant acquisition end-to-end (₹50Cr+ TPV clients)
  • Identify, prospect, and close large accounts across e-commerce, retail chains, marketplaces, travel, and D2C brands
  • Sell full-stack payment solutions: PG, POS, UPI, subscriptions
  • Build deep relationships with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers
  • Drive solution-led selling by understanding merchant pain points
  • Develop customized payment solutions based on client requirements
  • Work closely with product & tech teams for customized integrations
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast accuracy
  • Consistently exceed aggressive monthly & quarterly targets
  • Achieve assigned revenue and acquisition targets.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies during onboarding

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 4–10 years in fintech/payments/enterprise SaaS sales
  • Strong hunting DNA (must have closed large deals) with Aggressive Sales approach
  • Deep understanding of payment gateway, UPI, cards, reconciliation
  • Strong negotiation & closing skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and hustle culture
  • Experience in enterprise sales within fintech/payment aggregators/banks
  • Knowledge of digital payment regulations and compliance
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proven track record in enterprise/B2B sales (hunter profile mandatory)
  • Strong network with large merchants and corporate clients
  • Self-driven with strong ownership and result orientation
  • New merchant acquisition (enterprise segment)
  • Revenue generation (TPV, MDR contribution)
  • Pipeline conversion ratio
  • Time-to-onboard merchants
  • Client satisfaction and retention (post-acquisition handover)
  • Strong relationship-building skills
