The Impact You Will Create
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new clients and opportunities across domains such as E-Commerce, D2C, Retail, EdTech, and FinTech.
- Drive deal closures and new MRR through accurate forecasting and commitments for the North India market.
- Engage and partner with C-level executives to influence buying decisions and build long-term relationships.
- Build and execute comprehensive account strategies for sustained revenue growth.
- Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions with prospective customers.
- Implement training and development processes to continuously enhance the performance of the account executives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across Netcore as the primary liaison for the North India Hunters team.
- Ensure CRM excellence by monitoring Salesforce hygiene and driving adherence to SFDC best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, marketing automation, or related technologies.
- Exposure to industry verticals including D2C, E-Commerce, Retail, EdTech, Fintech, Media, Gaming, etc.
- Strong understanding of the customer engagement and experience landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with influential decision-makers.
- Ability to prospect independently and build a healthy funnel/pipeline.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, with strong forecasting and data hygiene practices.
- Must have carried a quota of INR 18L+ MRR for at least the last 2 years.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with lead generation and qualification tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SimilarWeb, etc.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
