Job Description

One of our client is seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. for Noida Location with 3 Years - 5 Years In enterprise sales, and MIS Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and qualify potential enterprise clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions that address their specific business challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date sales records in our CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and potential risks.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
