Responsibilities

The role requires being a self-starter and take on the mantle of owning up his assigned region for enterprise business.

  • New Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers across target industries like manufacturing, logistics, retail, and healthcare by proactively prospecting through networking and cold calling.
  • Solution Selling & Consultation: Understand customer requirements to design end-to-end AIDC solutions—including barcode scanners, RFID systems, and mobile computers—while also offering relevant LAN networking hardware.
  • Technical Demonstrations: Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to perform live product demos and presentations that clearly articulate the ROI and value proposition of complex hardware and software systems.
  • Account & Channel Management: Nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business while also managing partnerships with distributors and OEMs.
  • Sales Strategy & Reporting: Execute strategic territory plans to meet monthly and annual revenue targets through timely collections and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline in CRM software.

Qualifications

Graduate with a flair for sales

Experience

  • 5+ years experience in enterprise sales.
  • Experience in product/solutions sales hardware.
  • Software solutions sales will be an added advantage.
