Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by managing schedules, preparing sales proposals, and providing necessary administrative support.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management review.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in work.
