Key Responsibilities:
-Identify, engage, and convert new enterprise clients for cloud telephony and communication solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and propose tailored, value-driven solutions.
-Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, and Procurement Teams).
- Manage theentire enterprise sales cycle from lead generation and proposal to negotiation and closure.
-Travel extensively(domestic/international as required) for client meetings, presentations, and business events.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report performance metrics to senior management.
- Stay updated on market trends,competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the cloud communication space.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
-4 + years of proven experiencein Enterprise or B2B Sales withinCloud Telephony / SaaS / VoIP / UCaaSdomains.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-value enterprise accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness and flexibility totravel frequentlyfor client and business engagements.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
