Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

Generate and qualify new sales leads.

Schedule meetings or product demos for the senior sales team.

Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.

Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.

Support the sales team in preparing proposals and follow-ups.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Technical or Master's degree in Business and Marketing with a Technical Background.

0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong interest and Passionate towards sales and business development.

Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tools is a plus.

Experience dealing with EMEA and USA customers.

Availability in Office from 2 PM to 11 PM.

Should be comfortable working in any shift.

Preferred Skills :

Lead generation and prospecting

Negotiation and relationship building

Basic understanding of sales processes

Strong presentation skills
