Project Role : Enterprise Platform Advisor

Project Role Description : Provide consulting services and advice on complex enterprise transformations involving one or more technology platforms. Advise on platform selection, technology cost optimization and/or value levers. Develop and implement market-leading industry- and/or function-specific technology assets.

As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves engaging with diverse stakeholders to provide expert consulting on complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes evaluating various platform options, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, and uncovering value levers to enhance business outcomes. The advisor also focuses on developing and deploying innovative technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and market trends. Collaboration and strategic thinking are central to driving impactful technology decisions and transformation initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead strategic discussions to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of technology platforms.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends to recommend innovative approaches and improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex enterprise systems and recommend effective solutions.
  • Experience in technology cost optimization and value realization within large organizations.
  • Ability to develop and implement industry- and function-specific technology assets.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
