The position demands continuous engagement with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions are practical, innovative, and add significant value to the client s operations. The Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between client requirements and technical execution, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and development of comprehensive business solutions that address complex client challenges.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through solution development processes.
