Job Title: Enterprise Direct Sales

Location: Delhi (Work from Office)

Experience: 710 Years of experience in managing enterprise accounts, SME, and building long-term customer relationships.

Employment Type: Full-time

CTC: 15 to 25LPA

Client - One Assist

We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Direct Sales professional with 510 years of experience in managing enterprise accounts, SME, and building long-term customer relationships. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, the ability to manage complex sales cycles, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions to enterprise customers.

List the Duties and Responsibilities -

Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive direct sales to enterprise and strategic accounts, SME across assigned geography

Own and achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets in line with AOP

Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation, solution presentation, negotiation, closure, to post-sale engagement

Account Management & Relationship Building

Develop and maintain strong relationships with CHROs, and key decision-makers

Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer business needs and mapping relevant solutions

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Solution & Consultative Selling

Work closely with pre-sales, Tech Team and Sales teams to design customized enterprise solutions

Present value-driven proposals, and business cases to enterprise customers

Pipeline & Forecast Management

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting

Track opportunities through CRM and ensure data accuracy

Ensure timely closures and predictability of revenue

Experience Required:

5 to 10 years of relevant experience

Strong track record of managing large enterprise clients and achieving revenue growth targets.

Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Comfortable engaging with CXOs, business heads, and product/tech teams.

Academia

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Technology; MBA is a strong plus.
