Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Business Architect / Senior Manager to lead advisory-led transformation engagements. This role blends strategic consulting and execution leadership, focusing on enterprise IT strategy, AI-driven operating models, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will engage with CXO stakeholders, define strategic roadmaps, and drive implementation of business and technology transformation programs across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT Strategy & Technology Consulting engagements, including:
- Digital & Data Strategy (DDS)
- Enterprise Architecture & Application Portfolio Rationalization
- Automation & AI Strategy
- ITSM Advisory & Service Optimization
- Infrastructure & Cloud Strategy
- Enterprise Tools & Platform Strategy
- Define and execute enterprise IT strategy roadmaps aligned to business outcomes
- Build target operating models, architecture blueprints, and transformation plans
- Develop business cases, financial models, and cost-benefit analyses
- Advise on AI strategy (GenAI, ML, Intelligent Automation) including governance and adoption
- Drive agentic operating model adoption using autonomous systems
- Lead CXO-level engagements, ensuring stakeholder alignment across geographies
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of transformation programs
- Provide advisory in:
- Enterprise Architecture (EA)
- Application Rationalization & Decommissioning
- IT4IT-aligned transformations
- Service Management optimization
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1218+ years of experience in:
- IT Strategy / Technology Consulting
- CIO Advisory / Digital Transformation
- Enterprise Architecture & Application Strategy
- Proven experience in:
- Business case development & financial modeling
- Enterprise architecture frameworks & IT operating models
- Large-scale transformation program delivery
- Strong exposure to:
- AI strategy (GenAI, ML, Automation)
- Application portfolio assessment & modernization
- Cross-industry enterprise technology landscapes
- Experience working with CXO-level stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as:
- TOGAF
- IT4IT
- PMP / PRINCE2
- Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Exposure to platforms:
- SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
