Key Skills & Expertise
- Proven experience in designing integrated, multi-tower solutions across ADM, ERP, Infra, Cloud, and Digital.
- Strong background in DevOps, Enterprise Agile, and automation-led transformation for application development and support.
- Demonstrated solutioning experience in ERP platforms like SAP (including S/4HANA, RISE with SAP) and Oracle, especially in large enterprise deal contexts.
- Expertise in hybrid infrastructure models (on-prem and cloud), with familiarity in cloud migration, cloud-native architectures, and relevant value drivers and accelerators.
- Ability to articulate a unified, compelling customer value proposition by integrating multiple service lines into a single, transformation-led solution.
- Deep understanding of digital transformation, industry trends, and AI/GenAI-driven approaches to improve business and IT operations.
- Must be proficient in creating and presenting Target Operating Models (TOMs) and transformation roadmaps tailored to the client's maturity, goals, and industry.
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to lead orals, workshops, and strategic discussions.
Experience Requirements
- Led or contributed to multiple large deals (>USD 10M).
- Familiarity with ISG, Everest, or Alsbridge-led advisory RFP processes is essential.
- Strong understanding of deal lifecycle, including shaping, pricing, value engineering, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client artefacts including current operating models, architecture landscape, ticket data, and transformation portfolio to craft compelling integrated solutions.
- Act as a change agent by bringing innovation, GenAI, and modern technologies into solution constructs and client-specific demos.
- Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams (ADM, ERP, Digital, AI, Infra, Cloud) to design and stitch together differentiated, context-relevant solutions.
- Build and present Target Operating Models and transformation roadmaps that align with client aspirations, maturity levels, and financial/business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and influence solution teams across internal service lines and external partner ecosystems.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to sales, relationship teams, and customer stakeholders, driving solution alignment and buy-in at all levels.
Education: Bachelors / Master's with min 18+ years experience in technology Multiservice ex Application, Integrated solutions.
Good to Have: Certification like Zachman, TOGAF, SOA, ITIL Expert Level will be added advantage.
