Role Overview 

We're looking for a high-ownership, commercially driven, and customer-obsessed leader to own and scale our most strategic enterprise relationships. This is a high-impact role that works closely with the Founder and leadership team on key accounts, driving customer success, revenue growth, and long-term strategic value.

The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of enterprise account leadership, P&L ownership, strategic thinking, and execution rigor, along with the ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Account Ownership

  • Own a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts with end-to-end accountability across customer outcomes, account health, and long-term strategic value
  • Serve as the executive face of Fundamento for key customers, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing critical business conversations
  • Drive long-term account strategy by developing a deep understanding of customer priorities, business context, and growth opportunities

2. P&L Ownership

  • Own the commercial charter across strategic accounts, including retention, expansion, profitability, and long-term revenue growth
  • Lead value-driven customer conversations around ROI, adoption, scale, and business impact
  • Identify and unlock opportunities for deeper account expansion and stronger wallet share

3. Process Building & Operational Excellence

  • Build and strengthen the operating cadence for enterprise account management, including account planning, business reviews, escalation management, growth planning, and risk visibility
  • Create scalable processes and frameworks that improve how strategic accounts are managed, reviewed, and grown over time
  • Bring structure and rigor to account operations while ensuring teams stay agile and customer-focused

4. Executive Stakeholder Management & Business Leadership

  • Lead complex customer situations across escalations, strategic asks, delivery trade-offs, and business-critical decisions
  • Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure enterprise accounts are managed with clarity, urgency, and strong business judgment
  • Drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer commitments are met with excellence 

5. Team Leadership & Enablement

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing enterprise account team, raising the bar on ownership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management
  • Coach the team to operate with stronger commercial orientation, executive maturity, and business context
  • Build a culture of accountability, customer excellence, and high-quality execution

What We're Looking For
  • 7–11+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management / Customer Success / Strategic Accounts
  • Proven experience handling large enterprise customers and high-value relationships
  • Prior experience in Voice AI / Conversational AI / SaaS / B2B tech
  • Experience working with BFSI clients is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience owning revenue, retention, expansion, and/or P&L
  • Prior people management experience with the ability to lead high-performing teams
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior external stakeholders
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong comfort with data, metrics, and analytical decision-making
  • High ownership, commercial mindset, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
