Role Overview

You will teach small, discussion-based Zoom classes and help students develop advanced writing and comprehension skills. This is a performance-driven role with long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching

• Teach small-group online classes (ages 615)
• Deliver structured lessons in creative writing and analytical reading
• Provide detailed written and verbal feedback
• Track student improvement and maintain academic standards

Curriculum Contribution

• Refine lesson plans
• Create writing prompts and analytical exercises
• Contribute to curriculum improvements
• Support junior teachers when required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Education, English, Literature, or a related field); Master's preferred
• Minimum 2 years of full-time English teaching experience (school or reputable e-learning platform)
• Strong command of grammar, writing structure, and literary analysis (including theme, character development and tone)
• Clear, fluent spoken English (near-native pronunciation required)
• Confident managing structured online classes
• High energy and strong classroom presence
