Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and skilled English Teacher to deliver live online classes for students in Grades 612 from our center. The role involves conducting interactive virtual sessions, which will also be recorded for academic use, while helping students strengthen their reading, writing, grammar, comprehension, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online English classes for students in Grades 612 from the teaching center.
- Deliver lessons covering grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, and literature.
- Ensure classes are engaging, structured, and interactive in a virtual learning environment.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, worksheets, and assessments.
- Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and participation.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve students writing, comprehension, and communication skills.
- Deliver sessions that can be recorded for learning resources and revision purposes.
- Support students in essay writing, presentations, and analytical reading.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum delivery and digital learning content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English / Literature / Education or related field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation and communication skills suitable for online teaching.
Preferred Skill Set
- Experience teaching Grades 612 English.
- Comfortable delivering live online sessions using digital platforms.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students in virtual classrooms.
- Familiarity with presentation tools and digital teaching platforms.
- Strong student engagement and mentoring skills.
Experience
- 6-8 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
