About The Role
We're looking for an
Engineering Manager who combines strong technical depth with the ability to lead and scale engineering teams. You'll take ownership of delivery, guide developers, and ensure high-quality execution across multiple projects — while staying hands-on when needed.
What You'll Do
Lead & Drive Execution
- Manage and mentor a team of 5–10 engineers, guiding them through code reviews, technical decisions, and day-to-day execution
- Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure the team delivers consistently by removing blockers and enabling productivity
Own Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively
- Take full ownership of outcomes, ensuring work gets delivered through the team
Stay Hands-On
- Actively contribute to code reviews and technical problem-solving
- Work closely with engineers to maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and scalability
- Step in when needed to support development and unblock critical challenges
Drive Technical Excellence
- Bring in new ideas, tools, and technologies to improve engineering processes
- Ensure adoption of best practices across development, testing, and deployment
- Stay updated with latest trends in software engineering and apply them where relevant
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with leadership experience
- Proven experience managing engineering teams (5–10 members)
- Strong experience delivering end-to-end software projects within timelines
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with code reviews and maintaining engineering standards
- Strong technical background with the ability to guide and support developers
- Self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
