Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime and operational disruption.
Supervise in-house technical teams, engineers, and external service providers for smooth facility operations.
Prepare duty rosters, assign responsibilities, and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
Manage vendor performance, monitor SLAs/KPIs, and handle AMC coordination, renewals, and escalations.
Drive energy conservation initiatives and monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, fuel) for cost optimization.
Implement sustainability practices and identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
Provide regular operational updates, incident reports, and maintenance schedules to management and clients.
Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews related to facility operations.
Prepare and manage technical budgets including maintenance, utilities, AMC contracts, and capital expenditures.
Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure budget adherence.
Support asset lifecycle planning and capital replacement forecasting.
Oversee minor fit-out works, refurbishments, and technical upgrades.
Recommend improvements in automation, technology adoption, and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation including asset registers, maintenance logs, AMC records, and technical manuals.
