Engineering Manager

Experience: 8-10 years

Role Overview:

The Engineering Manager will lead multiple pods (Integrations, AI, Data, Infra), working closely with Tech Leads and DevOps to ensure strong ownership, consistent execution, and system reliability. This role focuses on owning outcomes across systems, ensuring smooth execution of cross system initiatives, and maintaining stability across integrations, infrastructure, and data flows.

Key focus areas:

-Driving execution across complex, cross-system initiatives (APIs, integrations, data, infra) - Making timely decisions to unblock teams and maintain momentum

- Improving integration stability, infrastructure reliability, and data consistency

- Taking ownership of system health and production outcomes

- Providing clear visibility into risks and system performance

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Execution

- Own planning and delivery across pods with focus on critical system flows and dependencies

- Identify risks early and ensure timely resolution

- Ensure high-priority business requirements are delivered on time.

System Ownership & Reliability

Own integration stability, infrastructure health, and data consistency

- Reduce production issues and ensure timely resolution of failures (jobs, APIs, syncs)

- Ensure systems are built for scale, monitoring, and reliability

Technical Oversight

Partner with Tech Leads on solution design and implementation approaches

- Ensure engineering decisions are practical and aligned with system needs

- Support teams in resolving complex production or cross-system issues.

Team Leadership & Accountability

- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and execution discipline

- Ensure teams focus on delivering outcomes, not just completing tasks

- Mentor engineers and Tech Leads on estimation, execution, and delivery practices

Priority & Business Context

- Align engineering efforts with business priorities and customer impact

- Balance long-term platform stability with immediate delivery needs

Communication & Visibility

- Communicate risks, dependencies, and system health clearly

- Provide leadership with actionable insights on integration, infrastructure, and data

- Maintain alignment with stakeholders across regions

What We're Looking For

- 8+ years of experience with 4+ years in a leadership role owning delivery and outcomes - Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data systems, and platform reliability

- Proven ability to drive execution across multiple teams and systems

- Ability to make decisions in fast-moving and ambiguous situations

- Hands-on understanding of CI/CD and production systems

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience in Healthcare / SaaS / Practice Management

- Exposure to AI-driven or automation-focused systems

- Experience with integration-heavy enterprise platforms
