We are currently transitioning from a Data-Insight platform to an

II. The Strategic Mandate
- Architecting Autonomous Intelligence
As the Engineering Manager, you are the custodian of our AI roadmap. You will lead the development of specialized
AI Agents designed for deep reasoning over complex financial and contractual data. These agents are the Special Forces of our platformautonomous entities that go beyond dashboards to suggest real-time, high-impact savings strategies.
- Engineering Sovereignty & SaaS Excellence
You will oversee the design and development of our Enterprise SaaS product. This requires a deep understanding of multi-tenancy, high-availability, and the rigorous data security standards required by Fortune 500 clients. You will ensure the platform remains modular, scalable, and resilient as we integrate deeper AI capabilities.
- Leadership as a Force Multiplier
You will lead a high-performing, cross-functional engineering team. Your role is to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business valuearticulating the ROI of technical decisions to the C-suite while mentoring engineers to think like product owners.

- The SaaS Veteran: You have a proven track record in Enterprise SaaS. You understand the nuances of data isolation, long-term scalability, and the importance of absolute data integrity in a financial context.
- The AI Visionary: You are Awesome At developing AI Agents. You understand LLMs, prompt engineering, and how to build guardrails around AI to ensure corporate compliance.
- The Domain Expert: Ideally, you have experience in Procurement Technology or Fintech. You understand what a Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) needs to move the needle.
- The Communicator: You possess the rare ability to translate Technical Debt and Architectural Pivots into Business Value for non-technical stakeholders.
