Job Description
Apply mechanical simulation methods such as modal analysis, robustness of products in vibration (ANYS workbench) and thermo mechanical simulation
Manage the mechanical simulation plan of products
Validate mechanical design and propose solutions to improve design
Participates to validation of simulation by comparing with test results
Ensure cross metier collaboration with Rheology, electronic and laboratory
Develop new simulation methods and experimental validation of simulation for vibration or thermo mechanical
Propose new methods and validate them on new products
Coordinate cooperation with PG metier, laboratories & universities or suppliers
Capitalization & standardization: Supporting methodology development and simulation tools applications , ie based on LLC
Participate to the definition of the design rules and methodologies improvement for current method
Capitalize the documentation of all methods according to the needs of design validation plan of product
Create or update training in relation with the needs of development of products
Store report in TMT and participate to QRQC resolution
