Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Valuer / Site Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Measure, document, and photograph properties to capture accurate details.Collect site-specific data including location, construction quality, layout, and amenities.
- Coordinate with owners, builders, and stakeholders to gather property related information. Prepare detailed valuation/site inspection reports as per company and regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable guidelines (IVS, or bank/financial norms).Maintain proper documentation, records, and data for all site visits.
- Support valuation team in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing reports.
- Travel to assigned sites within/outside city as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong fundamentals may also apply).
- Knowledge of property valuation methods, market trends, and construction practices (preferred).
- Strong analytical, measurement, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
