Job Purpose
This Position is for Sarlanagar Cement Works, Sedam
Engineer/Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager (Mines Maintenance -HEMM)
Professional Experience description: Specially experience in engine and transmission of HD465, EX 1200 (QSK-23 Engines), and hydraulic system in HEMM
JOB PROFILE – (Pl mention the brief of the role by mentioning principle accountable areas with sections/equipment's going to handle)
To Ensure the availability HEMM & supporting equipment to meet the targeted Limestone production on daily basis, Shift Duty, Schedule maintenance due & LMV tyre management to achieve the Departmental objectives.
KRA 1: Supervising of daily, weekly and schedule maintenance of HEMM
KRA 2: Responsibility of safe and efficient handling of maintenance manpower
KRA 3: Supervising of major repair work carried out in workshop
KRA 4: To ensure availability of HEMM required in shift operation are ready in all respect.
KRA 5: To guide the workforce by giving training, conducting TBT, Task observation and recording near miss
Critical Job Competencies / Mandatory Skills
Statutory rules and regulation as per DGMS norms
Professional Qualifications: Diploma in Automobile Engineering
Essential: Knowledge about engine, transmission, hydraulic system,
Preferably: IMS System, TPM
