General Summary
- Skills/experience:
- Solid understanding ARMv7, v8 and v9 architecture including security (Trustzone), virtualization, exception and memory management. Any knowledge/experience on RISC-V will be added plus.
- Understanding of symmetric/asymmetric cryptography and key management.
- Strong C/C++ and assembly programming experience. Knowledge of scripting languages like Python will be added plus.
- Excellent debugging skillset to debug complex system level issues including but not limited to use of HW debuggers like Lauterbach Trace32.
- Experience with FPGA based pre-silicon emulation environments.
- Well versed with the Linux based development environments.
- Past experience of working in Qualcomm and/or Qualcomm Snapdragon SoCs will be a big plus.
- Candidate must have very good understanding of the software lifecycle process.
- Must be able to work under pressure situations and be a problem solver and a team player.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
- Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for driving execution of security software for Qualcomm IOT SoCs from pre-silicon to commercialization.
- Interact with cross functional technology teams to triage system level issues and propose solutions
- Education requirements: M-Tech/B-Tech
