Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
- 6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience working with Generative AI models and related technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google's users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. The gTech Users and Products (gUP) team helps users get the most out of Google. The team represents Google's users and partners globally, sharing insights with the larger Google organization to enable customer and product experiences. The team advocates for users through partnerships with product areas at Google (and some Alphabet businesses), supporting Google's consumer products ecosystem and enabling launches for Google's consumer products each year.
gUP's AI Technical Services (AITS) is responsible for developer experience on Google AI Products (Gemini API, AI Studio, Antigravity, Gemma, Jules, Stitch, A2A, ADK, ML frameworks and more). AITS empowers first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) partners and stakeholders to innovate with cutting-edge technologies by providing technical services that unlock the potential of generative AI and open-source solutions. We're a group of product specialists that support Google's GenAI and open source software products.

Responsibilities
- Support developers, creators and enterprises to leverage Gemini APIs to innovate and build AI experiences for their products/users. Partner with product management to influence and shape up product roadmap and future direction.
- Be a product expert to guide AI startups, co-create roadmaps and help them launch using Gemini models. Write case-studies about their implementations. Troubleshoot issues with the models, APIs, AI Studio and help partners resolve them.
- Stay up-to-date on the developments in the GenAI world. Gather feedback from our partners and work with our product team to improve our products and services.
- Build and maintain internal tools and solutions powered by Agentic toolkits and Gen AI offerrings to enhance support workflows and partner enablement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Gen AI and related technologies, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
