Location - Udaipur
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research and contribute to the design and development of new products and solutions.
Create 2D drawings and 3D models for concepts, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
Work with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or equivalent).
Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
Perform simulations, tolerance analysis, and design validations.
Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
Support prototype development and testing, analyze results, and implement improvements.
Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in design and materials.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and company guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / R&D specialization (Master's preferred).
12 years of relevant experience in product design & development.
Strong knowledge of 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
Hands-on experience with design software.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and innovation skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
