Location - Udaipur
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and contribute to the design and development of new products and solutions.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D models for concepts, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
- Work with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or equivalent).
- Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
- Perform simulations, tolerance analysis, and design validations.
- Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
- Support prototype development and testing, analyze results, and implement improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in design and materials.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and company guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / R&D specialization (Master's preferred).
- 12 years of relevant experience in product design & development.
- Strong knowledge of 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
- Hands-on experience with design software.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and innovation skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
