Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer-QS Billing based in Mumbai. The Engineer-QS Billing will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bill of Quantities (BOQs), analyzing rates, ensuring accurate billing systems, and collaborating on quantity surveying tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing project plans, conducting detailed measurements, preparing accurate cost estimates, certifying bills, and liaising with project teams to achieve milestones efficiently and within budget.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing BOQs and conducting quantity surveying for construction projects
- Strong analytical skills for precise rate analysis and cost estimation
- Experience with billing systems and related processes in the construction industry
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with project teams
- Understanding of project management fundamentals and the ability to work with deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of construction and safety regulations is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as MS Excel and AutoCAD, is preferred
