Job Title: Credit Solutions-EU - AVP
Location: Mumbai
Trading Enabler is responsible for providing support in trade idea generation. Work includes:
- Performing data analysis and identifying potential trading opportunities / trading strategies
- Analysing economic, industry, and company data and developing detailed financial models
- Providing risk management support, including risk analysis
- Scenario modelling for structured products
- Reporting and trade capture; analysis of hedging strategies and rule based hedging
- Building advanced quantitative models and automation tools for pricing
Role Description :
Credit Solutions EU (CS-EU) is active in the Illiquid Credit Trading, Liquid Asset Financing, Credit Exotic Products and Insurance Solutionsand Financing. The team has extensive experience in a wide spectrum of transactions like Illiquid Asset Monetization, ABS Repo Financing
and focusing on providing solutions for derivative positions as well as helping corporates monetize contractual cash flows and other illiquid assets. Desk has done multiple transactions to de-risk the clients facing mortality, longevity and insurance risks. New horizons including
reverse mortgages, securitization, bespoke financing, cat-bond pricing, etc and has a legacy book involving trades on longevity swaps, letter of credit business, longevity index solutions, life settlement business, and trading/managing insurance-related risks.

Your key responsibilities
- Credit analysis of European insurance companies – life and non-life insurance companies.
- Create and maintain one-pagers on the counterparties
- Maintain and analyze credit history of the company through tools such as Covenant tool, etc.
- Pricing of equity release mortgage transactions including sensitivities to house prices, etc.
- Securitization of pool of ERM loans, performance tracking and reporting
- Pricing swaps to capture and manage various risks (interest rate, cross currency, inflation, market risk, credit risk, funding risk,ROE charges, replacement risk, gap risk etc.)
- Full involvement in trade life cycle including data analysis/pricing, cash flow modeling, trade booking, monthly settlements, etc.
- Trade monitoring, risk reporting, de-risking through hedging, collateral oversight
- US letter of credit business – trade pricing, booking, reserving, regulatory reporting
- Desk RWA and CRDe4 exposure monitoring and calculations
Your skills and experience
- Strong technical and quantitative academic background from a top tier business or engineering school
- Knowledge of finance preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, VBA
- Excellent communication skills
