Role: Proposal Engineer/ Project Engineer
Summary : As a Proposal Engineer, you will be responsible for handling end to end project once the order booking is done. Manging internal and external stakeholders, resolving technical queries pre and post order booking.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Interactions with Customer/TIC for Order Booking
Closely working with Finance & Commercial for Profitability and Collectibles
To input orders which are 100% executable by logging First Time Right Sales Order
New Order technical understanding and agreement with customer on Scope & compliances Conduct CRM meeting in close working with Operations.
Technical compliance & customer clearance on IFAT/CFAT to dispatch the order in full Adherence to Business Rule Compliances & ISO audit conformities.
Pre Order
URS Compliance & Techno Commercial Offer for Orders under Market Platform Technical Interactions to understand the requirement with Customers.
Room Layout & Product drawing sign off with Customers
Final Quotation submission considering Final Pricing as per Scope Profitability approval from Finance as per scope.
Order details handover to Sales Support Customer Co-Ordinator for Commercial Procedures. Conduct CRM and effectively communicating the scope to have a sign off with Operations SAP Sales Order Release & ensuring CP is done.
Post - Order
Documentation sign off with customers 1 month before IFAT/CFAT
Follow Up with Operations for FAT & Dispatches as per commitment given to Customer. Customer FAT technical clearance on the agreed scope for immediate dispatch.
Technical Order know how & learnings to be captured and hand over to After Market Collaborating with After Market to have I&C Customer Sign off.
- End to End Project Management.
Requirements
- B.E in Mechanical/Production with 3-4 years of experience.
- Experience in Project management and technical sales support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
