Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across industrial segments in Tamil Nadu.
Manage and grow existing client accounts while maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Conduct product demonstrations, and site visits to prospects and customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions (adhesives, sealants, and industrial specialty products).
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by management.
Coordinate with the internal technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, and pipeline status in CRM tools.
Experience in selling adhesives, sealants, or specialty chemical products to industrial clients.
Existing relationships with procurement/maintenance teams in manufacturing plants across Tamil Nadu.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in industrial/B2B sales.
Prior exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or specialty chemicals industries preferred.
