Bilimbe Digital is hiring a Growth Manager to build and scale our event acquisition pipeline through on-ground activities, partnerships, and direct sales.
Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Goa, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata
We are looking for a professional with strong experience in event sales, exhibitions, BTL activations, agency business development, or experiential marketing, with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to generate leads from:
- Events
- Exhibitions
- BTL activations
- Corporate engagements
Build and manage relationships with:
- Event organizers
- Marketing agencies
- Brand teams
Drive complete sales cycle:
- Lead generation
- Client meetings
- Proposal submission
- Deal closure
- Hire, train, and manage a team of field marketing executives
- Set and monitor daily/weekly/monthly targets for the team
- Track pipeline and performance using CRM/tools
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 4–8 years of experience in Event sales / Exhibition sales / BTL / Activation agencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in team handling and field execution
- Willingness to travel and work on-ground
Preferred Experience:
- Existing network in event industry or corporate clients
- Experience in building sales pipelines from scratch
- Exposure to experiential marketing or engagement solutions
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Leads generated per month

- Conversion rate
- Revenue achieved
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 6 -12 Lacs + Incentives
