Having good knowledge of MPEG compression (H.264/H.265), Audio compression (AAC, DD, DD+, Dolby ATMOS), DVB – S/S2, SI/PSI tables, ASI/SDI, Encryption, simulcrypt and Transport Streams etc.
Operation and Maintenance of Connected Boxes
Strong verbal written communication skills and able to coordinate with the TSM/ZSM and cross-functional departments.
Handling Customer complaints and database maintenance.
