Ruvixx is looking for a driven Engagement Specialist to join our global remote team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between technology and compliance, helping businesses protect their intellectual property while driving revenue recovery through professional engagement.

THE ROLE

As an Engagement Specialist, you will manage compliance and anti-piracy campaigns specifically within the Indian market. You will blend investigation, negotiation, and customer service to resolve licensing discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Coordinate directly with clients and end-users in India to manage compliance and anti-piracy initiatives effectively.
• Data Analysis: Analyze investigation data, evaluate trends, and maintain meticulous records in our CRM systems to drive reporting.
• Lead Generation: Utilize open-source intelligence and internet search techniques to develop new leads and refine customer engagement strategies.
• Process Optimization: Organize documentation to ensure consistent processes, knowledge sharing, and workflow efficiency.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Provide analysis and administrative support to meet evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: 1+ year of experience in Sales or Legal sectors. (Exposure to software compliance, anti-piracy, or intellectual property is a massive plus).
• Language Skills: Native or Professional Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Hindi or another regional Indian language is highly preferred for local market effectiveness.
• Tech Proficiency: You are comfortable using data management tools, CRM software, and MS Excel (or Google Sheets/SPSS).
• Digital Literacy: Strong internet research skills, including search operators and online lead generation techniques.
• Communication: You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle objections and prioritize tasks under pressure.
