We are hiring for a Change Management & Engagement Specialist. Must have 35 years of hands-on experience in driving change and solution adoption, ideally in a supply chain or data analytics context. Strong understanding of analytics concepts and digital tools (e.g., dashboards, reporting systems, AI agents, BI platforms). Excellent facilitation and communication skills with the ability to motivate users, design engaging workshops, and guide teams through structured change journeys.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role :
- Act as an ambassador for digitalization, AI, and automation, promoting their value through clear, engaging communication and usercentric change strategies
- Be responsible for structured roll out of newly developed solutions and bring the stakeholders through the change curve
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, understand operational challenges, and lead creative workshops to uncover needs and identify opportunities for analytics and automation
- Support the planning, rollout, and sustained adoption of new digital, AI and analytics solutions, ensuring they are embedded into daily workflows
- Design and deliver compelling training sessions, onboarding experiences, and communication materials that motivate users and strengthen data-driven decision-making
- Engage, align, and manage stakeholders across different functions, regions and hierarchy levels, fostering excitement and readiness for change
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 35 years of experience in change management, ideally connected to supply chain or data analytics area
- Good knowledge of business processes, with the ability to translate operational workflows into impactful digital and analytics use cases
- Strong workshop design and facilitation skills, creating interactive sessions that inspire engagement and drive solution adoption
- Knowledge about the concept of change management and change curve
- Solid understanding of data analytics concepts, tools, and endtoend solutions (e.g., dashboards, reporting systems, BI tools)
- Experience with AI technologies (e.g., AI agents or automation tools) in a business environment is a plus
- Excellent communication skills across all hierarchy levels, with a talent for explaining complex topics in a clear, compelling, and motivating way
