Key Responsibilities
Client & Delivery Management
- Set and manage client expectations regarding data science solution quality
- Drive customer delight by delivering actionable insights
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Represent Ganit's vision with the highest level of integrity and quality
- Translate business requirements into analytical problem statements
- Solve complex business problems using advanced analytics and diverse data sources
- Ensure effective communication between clients and offshore teams
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless solution development
- Challenge existing approaches and enhance project execution standards
- Define Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and manage team deliverables
Business Development & Growth
- Identify and explore growth opportunities within existing client accounts
- Act as a thought leader to conceptualize and implement innovative ideas
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams for organizational visibility
- Drive cross-account synergies and knowledge sharing
- Manage account profitability and consistently meet financial targets
- Quantify business impact and create win-win commercial proposals
- Adapt quickly to changing business priorities in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
