Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Leadership

  • Own executive-level client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on data strategy.
  • Define and execute multi-year account growth strategies aligned to client business objectives.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with C-suite and senior client stakeholders.
  • Facilitate executive workshops and steering committee discussions and lead client-facing RFP and proposal presentations.

Revenue & Commercial Ownership

  • Own geography level revenue targets, pipeline development, and forecasting.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations and convert opportunities across data management.
  • Manage engagement economics at the portfolio level, ensuring profitable growth.

Strategic Advisory & Market Development

  • Advise clients on enterprise data strategies for advanced analytics and AI adoption.
  • Translate client business challenges into commercially viable, data-driven solutions.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy, offerings development, and thought leadership.
  • Stay current on industry trends to proactively shape client demand and build case studies of past engagements.

Governance & Delivery Oversight

  • Provide senior governance oversight across active engagements to ensure alignment with commercial commitments.
  • Partner with delivery leaders to address risks, escalations, and client satisfaction issues.
  • Ensure delivery outcomes support long-term account growth and build references.
