Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Leadership
- Own executive-level client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on data strategy.
- Define and execute multi-year account growth strategies aligned to client business objectives.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with C-suite and senior client stakeholders.
- Facilitate executive workshops and steering committee discussions and lead client-facing RFP and proposal presentations.
Revenue & Commercial Ownership
- Own geography level revenue targets, pipeline development, and forecasting.
- Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations and convert opportunities across data management.
- Manage engagement economics at the portfolio level, ensuring profitable growth.
Strategic Advisory & Market Development
- Advise clients on enterprise data strategies for advanced analytics and AI adoption.
- Translate client business challenges into commercially viable, data-driven solutions.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy, offerings development, and thought leadership.
- Stay current on industry trends to proactively shape client demand and build case studies of past engagements.
Governance & Delivery Oversight
- Provide senior governance oversight across active engagements to ensure alignment with commercial commitments.
- Partner with delivery leaders to address risks, escalations, and client satisfaction issues.
- Ensure delivery outcomes support long-term account growth and build references.
