Administer and manage employee profiles within the HRMS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Monitor system updates and profile changes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless integration of employee data across various HRMS modules (e.g., payroll, benefits, performance management).
Data Management:
Maintain and manage the integrity of all employee data within the HRMS, including data entry, updates, and reporting.
Troubleshoot and resolve any data discrepancies or inconsistencies within the system.
Develop and maintain data management processes to ensure security, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations.
Interface Management:
Work closely with IT teams to manage and maintain the HRMS interfaces with other internal systems (e.g., finance, timekeeping, recruitment platforms).
Ensure smooth data flow between the HRMS and external systems, and address any interface issues promptly.
Monitor and test system interfaces to ensure functionality, reporting, and integration are running as expected.
Reporting & Analytics:
Generate regular reports on HRMS data, ensuring data-driven insights to support HR decision-making.
Analyze HRMS data trends and work with HR leadership to recommend improvements or optimizations.
