Senior Principal Engineer, Electrical - Data Center

• Electrical Design Development

Prepare Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for HT/MV/LV systems. Develop layouts for substations, switch rooms, UPS rooms, battery rooms, and data halls. Perform load calculations, system sizing, and support preparation of BOQs, cable schedules, equipment schedules, and technical specifications.

• BIM Coordination & Design Integration

Coordinate with BIM teams to ensure Revit models align with electrical design intent. Participate in MEP coordination and clash resolution. Review BIM outputs and drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with design standards.

• Quality Assurance & Delivery Support

Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines, QA/QC standards, and technical requirements. Incorporate feedback from senior engineers and stakeholders. Support construction-stage RFIs and provide design clarifications as required.

• Data Center Systems Expertise

Work on mission-critical facilities with understanding of power redundancy concepts (N, N+1, 2N). Interpret electrical calculations, SLDs, and design specifications for data center infrastructure.

• Stakeholder & Client Interaction

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Participate in technical discussions, explain design intent, highlight risks, and support issue resolution during coordination and client meetings.
