We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Trade Promotions Management professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing trade promotions, optimizing strategies, and leveraging Salesforce TPM solutions to drive business results.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize trade promotions using Salesforce TPM solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align trade promotion strategies with business goals.
Analyze trade promotion performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
Develop and maintain reporting tools to track trade promotion effectiveness.
Train and support end-users on Salesforce TPM functionalities and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

9-14 years of experience in Trade Promotions Management or related field.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce TPM and its integration with other Salesforce products.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders.
Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
Familiarity with consumer goods or retail industry practices is a plus.
