We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Trade Promotions Management professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing trade promotions, optimizing strategies, and leveraging Salesforce TPM solutions to drive business results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize trade promotions using Salesforce TPM solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align trade promotion strategies with business goals.
  • Analyze trade promotion performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools to track trade promotion effectiveness.
  • Train and support end-users on Salesforce TPM functionalities and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 9-14 years of experience in Trade Promotions Management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce TPM and its integration with other Salesforce products.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
  • Familiarity with consumer goods or retail industry practices is a plus.
