Your Role and Responsibilities

The Global Nearshore Marketing team is looking for an experienced B2B marketing professional with strong communication, copywriting and content development skills to support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across multiple nearshore locations of HCLTech.

In this role, you will help position HCLTech's nearshore capabilities, support talent marketing as well as business and go‑to‑market objectives. You will collaborate closely with the global marketing organization, recruitment teams, HR, Lines of Business, sales stakeholders, nearshore country leaders and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns, content and assets.

This position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a passion for storytelling, strong execution capabilities and experience working in a global, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support global nearshore marketing objectives by developing content and assets that showcase HCLTech's nearshore presence, capabilities, scale and talent across multiple delivery locations.
• Contribute to thought leadership and strategic content development, including nearshore-focused case studies, point-of-view assets, research inputs, executive presentations and insight-driven stories that strengthen HCLTech's market positioning with clients, sales teams and external stakeholders.

• Work closely with global and local marketing, digital and web teams to manage and continuously improve career websites, LinkedIn pages and related platforms, ensuring alignment with both employer brand and nearshore narratives.

• Execute employee storytelling initiatives, video testimonials, internal engagement activities, awards and other programs that strengthen employer brand credibility and authenticity in the HCLTech nearshore locations
• Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns that align employer branding, nearshore positioning and business priorities at a global and location level.
• Create and write engaging, high-quality content for multiple formats and channels, including social media, websites, presentations, videos, brochures, flyers and other marketing collateral, in line with HCLTech brand guidelines
• Incorporate corporate social responsibility and diversity, equity and inclusion themes into employer brand and nearshore communications
• Track and report on campaign performance, content effectiveness and key learnings, sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders and team members.

• Provide marketing support for nearshore-related sales and enablement activities, including customized presentations, client visit materials and location-specific assets based on business requests.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements

• Experience working in Marketing, Communications or a related field for at least 5 – 6 years. Experience working at a technology company will be considered a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent copywriting and content creation in English
• Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders, timelines and dependencies in a matrixed organization
