The Employer Branding Associate will build and institutionalize a structured employer branding strategy within the TA function. The role will partner with Marketing while owning talent-focused brand positioning, career website development, and social media engagement to strengthen inbound talent pipelines.
This role bridges hiring strategy with employer storytelling to reduce dependency on external job portals and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- EVP Implementation and Evolution
- Lead the upgrade of the careers website
- Build EVP-led content and employee testimonials
- Improve candidate experience across the digital journey
Content Development
- Own the development of hiring campaign content in collaboration with Marketing
Implementation
- Create and execute a structured social media (LinkedIn, Instagram) employer branding calendar
Impact Tracking
- Track content engagement and optimize messaging basis engagement response
- Provide periodic insights on talent attraction effectiveness
Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction
- Strong content writing and storytelling capability
- Understanding of LinkedIn and social media engagement
- Comfort with basic analytics and performance tracking
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing
- Creative thinking with execution discipline

Education and Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, Business, or a related field
- Postgraduate qualification in Marketing / HR (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing or related roles
- Exposure to careers website management, social media campaigns, or digital content strategy
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with recruitment processes is preferred
