Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Embedded Software Manager. The Embedded Software Manager will lead a team of developers in designing, implementing, and optimizing software for SoCs and embedded systems. Responsibilities include overseeing embedded software development, designing software architecture, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software, and closely collaborating with hardware, VLSI, and system architecture teams to implement integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development and Embedded Software Programming
• Experience in Software Design and Embedded Software system architecture
• Working experience in surveillance domain is added advanage.
• Proven Team Leadership and ability to mentor and manage software engineering teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in embedded systems
• Familiarity with hardware-software co-design is a plus
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or relevant engineering field
• 5 to 10 years of experience in embedded software development; managerial experience is preferred
