Proposal Team Lead, LCS

• Lead a team of 10–12 proposal engineers and drive functional excellence

• Oversee end-to-end proposal lifecycle from RFQ to final delivery

• Develop high-quality technical and commercial proposals aligned with standards

• Ensure timely delivery with focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction

• Guide team on estimation, pricing, and proposal development

• Establish and enforce quality processes and ensure compliance with internal policies

• Manage audits and mitigate risks in proposal processes

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer requirements

• Drive productivity and task planning within the team

• Act as a trusted advisor for proposal and pricing strategies
